Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please contact us before sending any return items.
Non-returnable Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Intimates, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@yaosonic.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide the return instructions and warehouse address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please request a return first and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
